A Hacker Stole 633,000 Arizona Voter Files in 2020, Confessed to the FBI — and Biden Refused to Prosecute Him

This is the document that Democrats in Arizona and elsewhere don’t want anyone reading. They spent six years telling the public that 2020 was “the most secure election in history.” The declassified FBI files released Thursday morning tell a different story.

A hacker accessed Maricopa County’s voter registration system days before the 2020 election and extracted 633,000 voter records — including 930 files containing sensitive, non-public information. When FBI investigators closed in, the hacker wiped his hard drives and deleted his Google Cloud copies to destroy the evidence. Then he confessed.

The FBI presented the complete case — evidence plus confession — to four different prosecutorial authorities: the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.
