Royal Family: Meghan Markle humiliated with UK career verdict – 'there's no chance'

Industry sources have shut down rumours the Sussexes are back in Britain for Meghan Markle's acting career.

Sources have dismissed claims that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have returned to Britain for Meghan Markle’s acting career. The Duchess of Sussex had reportedly been in talks to return to acting, which would coincide with her relocation back to the UK, six years after leaving the country and moving to the US.
Prince Harry’s wife was understood to be in early-stage discussions over a possible role in a third series of Guy Ritchie’s Netflix hit The Gentlemen, Deadline reported. But new reports claimed that Meghan’s casting has been dropped due to the backlash in the UK. While the Sussexes’ bombshell return to the UK had been linked to Meghan’s possible return to acting, industry sources said “there’s no chance” that that was the reason. They told Sky News: “You don't uproot your family for one role in a show. There's no chance the reason they're coming back is TV roles like The Gentlemen.

Royal Family snub was 'first test of Prince Harry's return to Britain'
Prince Harry's absence from a Royal Family summit at Balmoral was the "first real test of what his return will mean in practice", it has been suggested.
Senior members of the Firm gathered at the Scottish estate as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their way back to Britain after six years in the US.
A source told Radar Online: "The Balmoral meeting turned into crisis talks for how the royal family is to treat Harry and his wife when they return to Britain. It is the first real test of what Harry's return will actually mean in practice.
"He is coming back to Britain, but that doesn't automatically restore his place inside every private royal gathering. There is a huge difference between rebuilding family relationships and simply pretending the past six years never happened."
