Her name was Naomi Price, and she wore purple glasses and no nonsense.
“I’m here to ask what you need,” she said.

Medical check.
Emergency contact not related to my children.
Transportation support.
A senior advocate.
A home safety review.
Naomi asked if I wanted assisted living information.
“Information, yes,” I said. “A kidnapping brochure, no.”
